Cleaning Includes
1. Check fans for proper operation and code compliance.
2. Cover or remove appliances and drape the hood.
3. Remove, Soak and Clean the filters, ensure filters are properly maintained.
4. Scrape and clean the hood duct and plenum area.
5. Clean the area with a high hot pressure washer and FDA approved cleaning chemical.
6. Remove, Clean and re-install the clean-out ports and reseal.
7. Verify the integrity of the ventilation system and that there are no leaks.
8. Clean the fan and replace the belt if provided.
9. Maintain and document the roof condition.
10. Clean the affected area around the equipment line and polish the hood.
11. Place the stickers and documentation on the hood.
12. Re-light the pilots.
13. Turn on the fan and verify it operation.
